Curls need to be shampooed, styled, and completely dried as we will only be cutting your curls during your appointment.

Curls need to be shampooed within 3 days of your appointment and completely dry. You can style your curls like normal with product.

Have a seat in the lobby and complete the check-in form. Don't call the intercom — Alyssa is notified through the form. Intercom calls won't be answered to avoid disrupting the current guest's experience.
Stay in the lobby until you receive a text notifying you that you have been buzzed in. This ensures the suite is properly cleaned and prepared for your experience.
Don't complete the check-in form early — it notifies Alyssa that you've arrived, so it's important to fill it out at the appropriate time.
Payment: cash, credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay accepted.
Remote work tools available in the suite: laptop desk, free wifi, and we can turn the music down or off if you need to join a call.
Turtlenecks and hoodies are fine — just remove them completely before the service begins.
Feeling sick? Please reschedule or cancel your appointment ahead of time. Arriving sick will result in your appointment being canceled, and a same-day cancellation fee will apply.
