We’re so excited you are here! Below you’ll find all the info you need to successfully be prepared for your first visit.
Curls need to be clean- shampooed within the last 3 days. You
can do your normal product routine.
Curls need to be dry- cutting is done on dry curls, please
air-dry/diffuse thoroughly before coming into the salon
Curls need to be in their natural state- no twist outs, braid outs, etc.
Take a few pictures of your current products- shampoo, conditioner, styling products.
No turtlenecks or hoodies that cannot be taken off- these get in the way of cutting and will alter your haircut

Location and Parking
We are located at 2320 N. Davidson St. inside the My Salon Suites next to the Free Range Brewery and in the same building as Mimosas Nail Bar and Rhino Market.
You can park anywhere in the parking lot, on the street, or on the bottom level of the garage. If you cannot find any parking in these places, you can also park in the gravel lot across the street. All parking is free.
Other Helpful Info
Services are paid for using cash, credit, or debit cards. We do accept Apple and Google pay as well.
We do have remote work tools available in the suite- laptop desk, free wifi, and we can turn the music down or off if you need to join a call.
On the day of your appointment, you will receive a text from Alyssa with how to check in for your appointment, as well as a visual of where to go.

If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule or cancel your appointment ahead of time. Arriving sick will result in your appointment being canceled, and a same-day cancellation fee will apply.

No, for liability reasons, only the guest receiving the service is allowed in the suite. Exceptions are made for clients under the age of 18, in which case a parent or guardian may accompany them.

Yes, you can wear a turtleneck or hoodie to your appointment, as long as these items can be completely removed before the service begins.

You can park anywhere in the parking lot surrounding the building, on the bottom level of the garage, or parallel parking on the street. If any of these spots are full you can park in the gravel lot or in that parking lot across the street. All parking is free.

No, you do not need to call me on the intercom. I will be notified of your arrival as soon as you complete the check-in form. To ensure the best experience for all guests, intercom calls will not be answered to avoid disrupting the current guest's experience.

No, please stay in the lobby and wait until you receive a text notifying you that you have been buzzed in. This ensures that the suite is properly cleaned and prepared for your experience.
